The Challenge 

CBR Business Solutions is a trusted provider of HR, Payroll, and Background Screening support for SMEs, not-for-profits, and charities. The Solution 

CBR Business Solutions first adopted First Advantage’s Online Disclosures platform in 2015 and migrated to the KnowYourPeople (KYP) platform in 2023 to enhance and expand their capabilities.

The transition allowed them to:

  • Consolidate all background check services into a single application link
  • Utilise real-time reporting and a fully auditable, trackable process
  • Enable self-service access for end-users, improving processing speed and transparency

The move also allowed CBR Business Solutions to broaden their service offerings to include a wider range of checks – such as Right to Work, Digital ID, and Financial Checks in UK, and to centralise additional services across their customer base. This has supported organic growth and increased the adoption of their services.

Importantly, it has provided them with a robust digital verification solution, including UK Right to Work status checks and access to other relevant background check services.

Throughout the implementation and beyond, CBR Business Solutions has also benefited from proactive support from First Advantage’s Customer Success and Account Management teams.
